Daily Lives of High School Boys is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yasunobu Yamauchi. The manga was serialized in Gangan Online and was released in seven manga volumes between May 21, 2009 and September 27, 2012. A twelve-episode anime series produced by Sunrise aired between January 9 and March 26, 2012. The anime was licensed by NIS America for release in North America and Hanabee Entertainment in Australia. A live-action film directed by Daigo Matsui was released by Showgate in Japan on October 12, 2013. The anime adaptation was praised for its consistent humor and performances of the voice actors, however the cast of characters were described as being largely similar to each other.
