Lucy Hale, born as Karen Lucille Hale on June 14, 1989, in Memphis, Tennessee, is a multi-talented American actress and singer widely recognized for her role as Aria Montgomery in the hit TV series Pretty Little Liars. The youngest of three children, Hale discovered her passion for music at an early age, taking vocal lessons and performing at local events in her hometown. Her talent was undeniable and it wasn't long before she ventured into acting, making her first significant appearance in Drake & Josh in 2006.

Beyond Pretty Little Liars, Hale has demonstrated her versatility with roles in various genres. She starred in the thriller Truth or Dare in 2018 and later played the title role in the television series Katy Keene, a spin-off of the popular show Riverdale.
