Candice LeRae Gargano (née Dawson; born September 29, 1985) is an American professional wrestler. She is currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the NXT brand under the ring name Candice LeRae, and was a member of The Way. She has been on maternity leave since August 2021. LeRae is a former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion. She is best known for her work on the American independent circuit, most notably Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). She is a one-time PWG World Tag Team Champion. This makes her the only female title holder in the promotion's history.
