Stockard Channing, born Susan Williams Antonia Stockard on February 13, 1944, is a celebrated actress with a career spanning over five decades in the entertainment industry. Raised in Manhattan, New York, she studied history and literature at Radcliffe College, graduating in 1965. Channing made her mark in Hollywood with her breakout role as Betty Rizzo in the iconic musical film Grease in 1978.
