Terry Chaney (portrayed by Amanda Detmer) is one of the survivors of flight 180, and one of the first people to die the Final Destination Series. Terry is dating Carter and thinks he is mean for picking on Alex all the time. Terry didn´t belived Alex until the plane exploded, and she didn´t let Carter punch him in the memorial. She is also sentimental. Terry is briefly mentioned in Final Destination 2 when Thomas is looking on the internet about the survivors of flight 180. Terry's body is shown in a picture. Terry is the second survivor to die. Death Alex and Clear are having lunch at the time of Terry's death. Carter and Terry meet up with them at the cafe and run into Valerie Lewton too. Cater begins to start an argument and Terry shouts at everyone once Carter starts shouting at Alex. Terry hits him and walks into the road, then says to Carter, "If you want to waste your life beating the shit out of Alex everytime you see him, you can just drop fucking dead!" As soon as the words leave her mouth, a bus comes speeding into her, killing her instantly and spraying blood on Alex, Carter, and Valerie. Signs/Clues: Alex sees the reflection of the bus on the outside window of a shop. The song "Into the Void" is playing on Carter's car radio right before her death. The song contains the lyrics "final destination". At the beginning of the movie right before the plane crash, a picture of a bus is behind her. Just before she dies, she said, "You can just drop fucking dead!"
